SHOPPING WITH US:
- How do I place an order?
Shopping at reallygood.uk.com is easy! Just browse our products and add them to your basket, follow the prompts at the checkout and your order will be processed immediately.
- How can I pay for my order?
Our payments are processed by Worldpay, a secure gateway for most credit and debit cards. Alternatively, you can pay with PayPal.
- Do you gift-wrap or include gift messages?
Sadly, due to our despatch procedure, we are unable to gift wrap or include messages with your order.
- Can I amend or cancel an order I've made?
Once you've placed your order online, if you wish to make any changes or cancel it you'll need to speak to one of our lovely Really Good people in the office. Call us on: 01235 537888.
- How long until my order arrives?
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, although sometimes it can take a little longer during our busiest times. However, we do usually get the order out next day!
- How do you deliver my order and what does it cost?
We use Yodel as our courier and standard delivery is £3.70. Carriage is paid for by us if your order is over £50.
- Can you send my order to a different address?
No problem! Just add the delivery address at the checkout.
- How do you deliver my order?
This depends on the size of your parcel. We use Royal Mail for smaller packages and Yodel is our preferred courier for heavier parcels.
- Do you despatch internationally?
We currently only despatch to addresses within the UK and Eire.
- Can I track my order?
If your order has been sent with Yodel, we can track it for you, but orders sent with Royal Mail, however, are unable to be tracked. If you haven't received your item within 7 working days, please contact us.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
- What if I change my mind?
If you've changed your mind about the item you've purchased and wish to discuss a return or exchange, then please let us know and we'll endeavour to help.
- Can I return items to you?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days for a full refund. We regret that we are not responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or otherwise damaged. Please contact us to discuss returning your item to us.
- What is your refund policy?
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
