Delivery and returns
Standard delivery is £3.70 for all card and gift orders under £50 in value. Orders in excess of £50 are delivered free of charge.
- We aim to despatch all greeting card and gift orders within 3 working days, although sometimes it can take a little longer during our busiest times. However, we do usually get the order out next day!
- Depending on the size of your parcel, we use either Royal Mail for smaller packages or Yodel for larger parcels.
- We currently only despatch to addresses within the UK.
- If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. The goods should be returned to us within 28 days of despatch and in their original packaging. Should you wish to arrange a return, please contact us.
- In the unusual circumstance that you receive faulty goods, please contact us as soon as possible. We may ask for you to return the goods to us and we will process a full refund, including the cost of returning the item to us as soon as we receive the item to our warehouse. Alternatively, should you require a replacement, we will despatch one as a matter of priority.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If you change your mind after receiving the goods, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order and return the goods to us in their original condition. We will process a refund once we have received the goods back to our warehouse. For cancellations, we regret we cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
