Delivery Information
We post all UK orders via Standard Royal Mail First-Class Delivery - the cost is £3.70 for any order under £50. Orders over £50 qualify for Free Delivery.

International Delivery
At present, we only ship within the UK.

Delivery Times
We aim to despatch all orders within 3 working days, although this can be subject to change during busier periods.  All orders are posted using 1st class Royal Mail services.

Returns and Cancellations
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, we will be happy to offer a refund or exchange. The goods should be returned to us within 28 days of despatch and in their original packaging. Should you wish to arrange a return, please contact us. In the unusual circumstance that you receive faulty goods, please notify us as soon as possible. We would ask for you to return the goods to us and we will process a full refund, including the cost of returning the item to us as soon as we receive the item to our warehouse. Alternatively, should you require a replacement, we will despatch one as a matter of priority.

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing onlineorders@reallygood.uk.com. If you wish to cancel your order after receiving the goods, you must contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order and return the goods to us in their original condition. We will process a refund once we have received the goods back to our warehouse. For cancellations, we regret we cannot refund the cost of returning the goods to us.
