Sadly these diaries have changed
I have bought these edward Monkton diaries for some 5 years or so. The beauty of them is twofold: they are large format for the month planner, plus you get some 7 or 8 amusing edward monkton cartoons to cheer you during the year. Sadly - they have removed every page cartoon other than the front cover and the size has shrunk down to 210mm. Overall they have ruined a very good diary, that I lloked forward to annually. Please other Monktonites - make your feelings clear - those cartoons got me through some very hard mornings/meetings !

Bring back the old diaries
I really miss the old diaries! Where did the spiral bound, random cartoon diaries go???? I agree with Howard above - the cartoons somehow manged to reflect my random moods perfectly and always made me smile when I turned the page to find a new one. My 2007 diary became almost a scrapbook of my life, filled with tickets and leaflets for everything i got up to....that won't work with the new diary as the binding looks really cheap and not as suitable as the old metal spiral binding. Come on Really Good! Bring back the old diaries!
